- Born in 1958
- In 1980 he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. He is fluent in Arabic and English. He has the diplomatic rank of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Envoy of the 2nd class, assigned in July 2007.
- In the diplomatic service since 1980. He has extensive experience in the central apparatus of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and abroad.
- In 2004-2008 - Advisor and Envoy of the Embassy of Russia in Jordan.
- In 2008-2013 - Head of Division, Deputy Director of the Department of the Middle East and North Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
- By Presidential Decree No. 362 of April 16, 2013, he was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the United Arab Emirates.
