The first Dubai all-inclusive resort is being built ahead of schedule

Developer Nakheel shared progress on building a new Dubai beach resort.

On the Deira Islands in Dubai, the construction of the first all-inclusive beach four-star resort in the emirate is in full swing. The construction of an 800-room facility and an aqua park is being carried out by Nakheel and the Spanish RIU Hotels & Resorts. At the moment, almost all floors are built and roofing is underway.

Facade and installation work will begin in the first quarter of next year. According to Nakheel, some stages of work are ahead of schedule. Three pools and a restaurant, as well as residential buildings, are under development.

The future resort will be the first institution in the region under the RIU brand, as well as one of the largest rooms for the emirate. Seven restaurants and bars, three swimming pools, a fitness complex, a kids club and a water park will be at guests' disposal.

The Deira Islands, in the infrastructure and construction of which Nakheel invested about $ 2.4 billion, will add 40 km of the Dubai coastline. It is expected that 250 thousand people will live here.
