The ruler of the ruler of Dubai won one of the most prestigious races in the world

The running horse from the stables of the ruler of Dubai won the prestigious race in England.

In England, one of the most prestigious horse races in the world - Epsom Derby. The winner for the first time was the mount Masar from the Godolphin team of the UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Masar came to the long-awaited victory with jockey William Buick in the saddle. Coach Charlie Appleby thus earned his first victory at Derby.

Dee Ex Bee, owned by the son of Sheikh Mohammed Hamdan, took second place.

“I’ve dreamed about this since I wanted to become a jockey. Sheikh Mohammed trusted me so, and this is especially important for victory,” said William Buick.
