The goal of Dubai 10X is to ensure that all government structures in Dubai are 10 years ahead of other countries in all directions.

General Abdullah Al Merry, head of the Dubai Police Department, said:

"This project implements the concept of" Police without policemen "and is aimed at achieving the highest level of security for our citizens without the constant work of policemen. Projects of this kind increase citizens' confidence in the authorities and make life easier for all residents of the UAE."
