Kuoni Group, a major Swiss tourism group, confirmed the purchase of two emirate tour operators - Gulf Dunes LLC and Reem Tours & Travel LLC. The acquisition of Gulf Dunes, one of the leading regional tour operators in the field of MICE tourism, and Reem Tours and Travel, a company with a very large client base in South America, marks a further active expansion of the Kuoni Group's presence in the Persian Gulf region.
It should be noted that the Kuoni Group acquires the Gulf Dunes and Reem Tours in conjunction with a local partner. Gulf Dunes was established in Dubai in 1995, Reem Tours in 2003. Over the years, both companies have evolved from small travel agencies to large and successful tour operators. All current Gulf Dunes and Reem Tours & Travel employees will continue to work as before, without any changes. This also applies to divisions and branches of both companies.
