The 31-foot sailing yacht Victoria from the Ricochet-940 brand is a project of the Ricochet design team from St. Petersburg. The yacht was built in 2002 by Spray Ltd. from Yekaterinburg. In 2009, the yacht was acquired by an aviation engineer Mikhail Rassudov, general manager of an aviation technology company based at Sharjah International Airport and serving Soviet-made Soviet aircraft.
Having literally burst into the sailing world of Dubai, the Victoria yacht team won the prestigious Dubai Maktoum Sailing Trophy in February 2010 for the first time.
The Victoria yacht and her crew are regular participants in all sailing competitions at the Dubai Offshore Sailing Club (DOSC). The team has a lot of victories and prizes. The team is constantly improving its sportsmanship.
The successes of the Victoria yacht and her crew were seen by Mr. Hamdan Al Muharabi, owner and manager of Al Muhareibi Real Estate Group. Currently, he is the team's sponsor, providing coverage for the crew for maintenance of the yacht, as well as for the acquisition of sports uniforms and sails.
The captain and team are constantly working on the formation of the reserve crew of Victoria and offers everyone who has sailing experience, as well as those who want to devote their leisure time to this amazingly courageous and romantic activity to join them.
Today, the Victoria yacht team is as follows:
Mikhail Rassudov (50 years old) - owner and captain of the yacht Victoria, a graduate of the Kiev Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers. Beginning in 1979 (from the first year of the institute), it has been engaged in this, at first glance, romantic, but in fact a difficult and truly masculine sport. He is qualified as a "yacht captain" (Yacht Master Offshore).
Lev Rassudov (18 years old) - the son of the captain, a student of the 11th grade of the Russian International School in Dubai. At the age of 17 he received the qualification “Day Skipper” (according to the classification of RYA - Royal Yacht Association, UK). A constant assistant and successor to the work of his father.
Yuri Stasyukaitis (46 years old) - graduate of the Kirovograd Higher Flight School of Civil Aviation, captain of the Boeing 777 of the airline Emirates. He is the first Russian pilot hired by this airline. He has the qualification of steering class 1. 
Denis Maslennikov (30 years) - a professional sailor, engineer, ship mechanic, graduate of the Odessa National Maritime Academy. An avid yachtsman, has the qualification “Bareboat Skipper” (according to the classification of IYT, USA).
Andrey Ananyichev (40 years old) - graduate of Moscow State University, employee of the Dubai branch of DHL, manager for the organization of aviation charter flights. His 13-year-old son Dmitry also participates in the team.
Mikhail Gafurov (37 years old) is a graduate of Novosibirsk State Technical University, a beginner yachtsman.
Olga Ivaneeva (24 years old) - the wife of Denis Maslennikov, a graduate of Odessa National University. Beginner yachtsman, the only girl on the team.
