Dubai Global Village Fair began the 19th season with many new products and surprises.
Global Village (World Village) is a fair of goods produced in various parts of the Earth, as well as the performances of creative teams from participating countries, which promises to be a record, successfully launched in Dubai. This season, visitors to the fair town will have a lot to offer, from significantly improved infrastructure of the town to 5 million instant lottery prize tickets. Here, an arena for performances by folklore ensembles from around the world was built, Fantasy Island Park (now managed by the British company Mellors Group, which specializes in amusement parks), after extensive reconstruction and renovation, offers 50 attractions for visitors of all ages, new restaurants of national cuisines have opened, the number of countries has expanded -participants - now Iraq, Cambodia and the countries of Latin America are also represented at the fair.
NEW SEASON GLOBAL VILLAGE

The program of performances includes not only folklore groups, but also new shows, many of which have not yet been seen in the Middle East: Wall Kings, Vertical Drummers, Comedy Car Show, FMX show, Lords of Lightening, Mirror Man.
Visitors to the exhibition will find the Streetmosphere Festival (The Covent Garden Street Festival) - performances by leading street artists from around the world, as well as parades, fireworks and other street performances and a new "dancing" music fountain.
Speaking about the new season of Global Village, Ahmad Hussein bin Essa, the general director of the fair, said: “We present you 157 spectacular days filled with world-class entertainment, more than 12 thousand performances and shows, more than 20 concerts of stars, amazing restaurants, amazing products, and terrific leisure for the whole family. "
Among the new attractions of the amusement park can be called "Prehistoric Aquarium", "World of Illumination", "Horror Room 3D". Global Village is the largest of its kind in Dubai and attracts around 5 million visitors annually. The 19th season of Global Village began work on November 6, 2014, and if the fair is not extended, it will finish on April 11, 2014.
