Abu Dhabi to build a laser fighting arena

THE FOLLOWING ENTERTAINMENT PROJECT IN ABU DHABI MAY BECOME A GIANT ARENA-LABYRINTH FOR LASER BATTLES USING SPECIAL BLASTERS.

It was with this idea that two UAE entrepreneurs Mohamed Saleh and Ahmed Ali won the Rowad A1 Seyaha competition launched by the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority (TCA) and the Khalifa Foundation to promote tourism.

The competitors took part in four stages of the competition over the past six weeks, during which they got the opportunity to talk with experts and present their ideas to key market players. Entrepreneurs will receive assistance from various government agencies, as well as consulting services. Laser tag (from English, laser is a laser, and tag is a tag), or laser combat, cousin is a high-tech game that takes place in real time and space. The essence of the game is the defeat of opposing players (and often also special interactive targets, or AULs, “bases”) with safe laser shots from an automatic blaster.
