A memorial to the fallen soldiers will be erected in Abu Dhabi

THE MEMORIAL IN MEMORY OF THE DIED WARRIORS WILL BE EXTENDED IN THE CAPITAL OF THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, AGAINST THE GREAT MOSQUE OF SHEIK ZAED.

The model of the monument was approved by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces. “The memorial will symbolize the dedication of our warriors, who are the greatest example of heroism,” said the Crown Prince. The memorial will be opened in November 2016, on the eve of the National Day of the Fallen Warriors.
