Dubai, UAE. Dubai police arrested a man of Asian descent, who in March 2019 was throwing banknotes in one of the busy streets of the emirate. The video with what was happening was posted on social networks and received a wide public outcry.
The Police Electronic Crime Investigation Department found the man and arrested him. The article under which he was charged is not reported.
The detainee admitted that he shot a video for the sake of popularity on social networks. In the video, a man dressed in national Arabic clothing - kanduru, throws bills over people passing by and passing cars.
