The Presidential Palace of the United Arab Emirates Opens the Door for Everyone

The Abu Dhabi Presidential Palace opens its doors to the public this month.

By order of the President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the UAE, the Presidential Palace complex in Abu Dhabi will open its doors for visitors on Monday March 11, 2019.

Now the Palace serves as the official meeting place of the Cabinet of Ministers of the UAE and the Federal Supreme Council. Here are official meetings of state leaders.

Already this month, visitors will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the traditions and values ​​of the UAE, as well as explore the country's well-preserved heritage. The Palace houses the Qasr Al Watan library, where you can explore an extensive collection of books and resources on the political, social and cultural history of the UAE.

The library building is a tribute to Arab heritage. External and internal design reflect the significance of exhibits placed in the walls of the library.

In the evening, visitors can enjoy magnificent light and sound shows on the building's facade. The story told in three acts sends viewers on a journey through the past, present and future of the United Arab Emirates.
