Owners of mobile phones in the UAE can now insure their devices thanks to a new offer from the Dubai Digital Bank Liv.
UAE's first mobile insurance from Liv. implemented in partnership with RSA Insurance and provides a fully digital, paperless process - from purchasing a policy to paying out.
"Millennials cannot live without their phones, and we have created a unique offer that provides customers with solutions that fit their lifestyle," said Jayash Patel, head of Liv.
“Mobile devices often get damaged during use: three out of four people broke the phone’s screen at least once in their lives, and every fourth dropped their phone in liquid,” he added.
