A new restaurant of Georgian cuisine has opened in Dubai

A new Georgian restaurant Modi has opened in the skyscraper of Dubai.

Modi restaurant has opened on the 31st floor of the Sofitel Dubai Downtown skyscraper in Dubai, which promises authentic Georgian cuisine and lively folk music. Guests will be served by waiters who are also professional dancers.

Menus include Georgian pastries, fish and vegetable snacks, and cheeses, including suluguni and gebzhalia. Famous Georgian soups, including chikhirtma and kharcho, will also be served here.

Visitors will also expect an assortment of grilled meat dishes brought directly from the mountainous regions of Georgia.

Chef Guram Bagdoshvili, who is known among other things for cooking for the three presidents of Georgia, is in charge of the kitchen.

The owners of Modi claim that this is the highest altitude Georgian restaurant.
