In the emirate of Sharjah opens a new resort dedicated to the theme of the heritage of the United Arab Emirates.
General Hotel Management (GHM) has announced that its Al Bait Sharjah resort in Sharjah, UAE, will open on September 1st.
Al Bait Sharjah is being created in partnership with the Shuroj Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq). The resort will offer an unrivaled level of luxury, sophistication and personalized service in the region’s largest heritage project, the Heart of Sharjah.
The discovery of Al Bait will play a key role in rebuilding Sharjah as the UAE's cultural center. The resort with 53 rooms is built from restored elements of ancient houses that once belonged to famous emirate families.
Al Bait, which means “home” in Arabic, has been carefully remodeled and designed to provide guests with a world-class hotel experience and luxurious experience with elements that are imbued with culture, history and Emirate hospitality and etiquette.
Al Bait Sharjah offers Arabian restaurants as well as cafes where visitors can enjoy the only surviving wind tower in the UAE with a cup of Arabic coffee. The Turkish Ice Cream Shop brings characteristic charm and aromas.
