The new kitchen, which can be used by the partner restaurants of the Deliveroo service, is launched in Dubai.
Just nine months after the launch of the innovative kitchen concept from Deliveroo's delivery service in Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers this week, the company launched a new kitchen following the same principle in the Business Bay area.
The concept is simple: restaurants are provided with kitchen utensils and a reliable service of ordering and delivery to your home and office. All that is required of restaurants is to register for the program, send staff and purchase ingredients, while Deliveroo takes care of the rest.
This concept minimizes the risks for restaurants that are about to expand into new parts of the city, and exempts from the investments necessary to buy or rent real estate, or to create and maintain expensive kitchen facilities.
The new Deliveroo kitchen will run from 9am to midnight every day. 357 sq. M. m accommodate eight separate kitchens, each of which is equipped in accordance with the specifications of the tenant. These eight cuisines cater to 19 different brands, including Fraiche, BarSalata, Hanoi, Wagamama, The Salad Jar, Wild & The Moon, Hippy Deli, Vurger and Urth.
