The Dubai Traffic and Transportation Authority (RTA) has closed 40 private parking lots following an inspection campaign.

Inspectors found that parking organizers violated the law or did not have the appropriate permits. The campaign was held in conjunction with the Dubai police.

Violators were issued warnings and, with the approval of the Dubai police, transport the funds in these parking lots were towed. "
