In Dubai, a driver was fined by the police for being distracted from the road while driving. Traffic participants noticed that the man was broadcasting on Instagram while driving and told the Dubai police, said Saif Muhair Al Mazrui, director of the Dubai Police Traffic Department.
According to the official, the driver drove along Shaikh Zayed Road on Friday and did broadcast on Instagram while driving. After receiving the messages, the police checked the Instagram driver account, which confirmed the violation.
The driver was fined 800 dirhams ($ 217) with four black marks for distracting from the road while driving.
