It would seem that everything is like everyone else. So, but not really. Having talked with RUSTAR Real Estate CEO Rafik Gubaev, we realized that the first steps to today's success of the company were taken long before the official start of growth in the construction industry and the real estate market in Dubai.

- Let's start with the fact that RUSTAR Real Estate is one of the main elements of the Rustar group of companies, whose activity began in Dubai more than 15 years ago, and not five, as everyone thinks, and today it combines such areas as tourism and excursions, cargo transportation , the property. It all started with the company Al Bayan Tourism & Cargo, which for many years worked with tourists from Russia and the CIS, providing visa support, hotel accommodation, offering sightseeing programs and providing services for sending goods to different cities of our vast country. Last year, Al Bayan was renamed RUSTAR Tourism and continues to successfully deal with what it can do best - work with tourists and send goods to different countries of the world.
If we talk about the success of the entire RUSTAR group, then I consider people to be its main component. Here I mean both the employees of the company, who have been working honestly for many years, thereby strengthening the image of our group, and the RUSTAR clients who, having once addressed us, did not leave, but, on the contrary, began to bring their friends, relatives and acquaintances to us.

In the immediate plans of the company RUSTAR, the opening in the Jumeirah region of a modern medical center with highly qualified doctors in the field of cosmetology, dentistry, urology, functional diagnostics and others. This, in my opinion, is very important. Indeed, when communicating with doctors in local clinics, patients often do not understand much because of the language barrier, and here are their own doctors who speak their native language. And this is just the beginning. we want to pay attention to education issues: schools, colleges, universities. Our children will be comfortable and safe to study in the Emirates. There are no drugs or alcohol, but the level of education is very high. That is, having lived in Dubai for 15 years, we are well aware of the problems that our compatriots may encounter upon arrival, and we try to reduce these problems. We have far-reaching plans, which we are going to gradually implement. The name RUSTAR (which means “Russian star” in translation), nevertheless, obliges a lot.
