According to the agency, in the coming years, interest in the emirate by tourists will grow by an average of 7-10% per year. The authors of this report believe that the situation with hotel workload is normalizing: if in recent years hotels have been “sold” by 90%, then in the future, with the opening of new hotels, they will be filled by 70-75%.
In terms of the further development of the hotel market, the authors believe that over the years investors will pay more attention to expanding the sector of three-star hotels, apartment chains, condominium hotels and so on.
