To say that Dubailand is an amusement park is to say nothing. One of the most interesting complexes of the Dubailand project will be "Sports Town". Extreme sports fans will be able to hone their skills in roller skating and skateboards. Large multifunctional stadiums will open sports schools. The renowned football club Manchester United and the tennis academy David Lloyd will open their branches here along with a golf club, a riding school and a polo club. Moreover, the stables Dubailand will contain up to 800 excellent horses.

Winter sports will also not be left behind. The apotheosis of human imagination will be the "Ski Palace". Under a giant dome made of steel and glass, a ski slope will ascend upwards, the effect of which will be enhanced by a snowy mountain range. The entrance is supposed to be issued in the form of two ice columns.
