The Story of a Purchase: Notes by a Curious Journalist

One of my Tyumen acquaintances, who occasionally called in to warm up in the sunny Emirates, knew firsthand what excellent living conditions this country offers to well-off foreigners. He knew about the fast-growing economy of Dubai and its absolute security. He also knew that the Emirates is a paradise not only weather, but also tax. I saw what luxurious housing is being built here. Finally, after weighing the pros and cons, he decided to invest a certain amount in something useful - and rightly chose real estate as an investment option. “After all, all people want to live normally, in a stable and comfortable atmosphere. And they’re tired of staying in hotels all the time,” my friend used to give various arguments, calling on the phone asking him to find a suitable real estate agency in Dubai.
I, in turn, was only glad of the unexpected opportunity to conduct an experiment to find the best of the best and help an always busy businessman from Russia find a gold mine. In order to protect myself from the incompetence of firms that only call themselves "realtor" (although this is practically impossible in Dubai), I had to get complete information about the agency whose services we were going to turn to.
I began my first day of searching by looking at the real estate section of the most popular daily newspaper in the Emirates, Gulf News. They should be guided by a large company, preferably with a Russian-speaking agent. By phoning several selected companies, I managed to contact Rustar Real Estate, whose founders have been on the Dubai market for 12 years. When the question finally reached the prices to be guided by, I had to open the cards and admit that all this was necessary for my friend, who would soon come to the Emirates and examine everything himself.

On the very first day, the Siberian guest who thawed under the rays of the southern sun selected magnificent apartments, consulted with a company lawyer on issues of visa, inheritance, possible credit, and at the same time discussed the possibilities of doing business in the Free Economic Zones of Dubai.
Rustar Real Estate took upon itself the responsibility of finding a suitable housing option, provided documentary support for the transaction with further tracking of the correct and timely execution of all documents in the necessary instances. The contract for the purchase of real estate was drawn up in a matter of hours, all legal and financial issues were resolved without leaving the agency. A profitable investment was solemnly celebrated by sea fishing, organized by Rustar Real Estate.
