The close proximity to the main transport interchanges of the city, many hotels with restaurants and bars, new shopping centers, modern housing - all this attracts potential buyers of real estate here.

Going deeper into the desert, moving in the direction of the bypass road to inspect the construction sites of the global Dubailand ™ project. In order to have a general idea of ​​the territorial scope of the project and the diversity of development, we visit the sales and management office of Dubailand ™. These residential complexes originally envisioned providing residents with apartments above the middle class with all the attendant amenities. But while there is a lack of retail and entertainment outlets in the remote parts of the "Marina" and the inaccessibility of beach areas.

Having passed along the trunk of the "Palm Jumeirah" to the permitted border, we made sure that the bulk of the high-rise buildings are already populated, the beach areas are functioning, and the residents are improving their apartments. But if the buyer wants to consider various options for investing in real estate, the one-sided focus of developers does not so much help him as he does. Moreover, it often happens that the developer has already sold his property “in bulk”, and the list of his offers is not so diverse. An independent broker, who has access to several developers at once, can offer his client a wide range of various projects under construction, ready-to-rent objects, and exploited real estate in the secondary market.
