Caramel Apple Pie with Cinnamon

Ingredients for 12 servings:

For caramel:

  • 175 g sugar

  • 150 g plain flour

Cooking method:

Lay the chopped apples on top in one layer.
  2. For the pie, sift the flour and baking powder into a large bowl, then add the rest of the ingredients. Beat until a homogeneous dough is formed, pour over apples and bake for 1 hour 20 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then turn the cake on a plate. Serve with cream, sprinkled with ground cinnamon.

Polish apple pie

Ingredients for 6-8 servings:

  • 375 g of "self-rising" flour (pancake or with baking powder)
  • 3-4 large red apples
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 500 g fine sugar
  • 4 eggs, beat lightly
  • 250 ml of vegetable oil
  • 120 ml of orange juice
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Cooking method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Lubricate the square with oil and sprinkle with flour. Peel and thinly cut apples, but do not peel.
  2. Transfer apples to a bowl and mix with cinnamon and 5 tbsp. l Sahara.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, remaining sugar, vegetable oil, orange juice and vanilla essence. Sift flour and salt and mix with dough.
  4. Pour two thirds of the dough into the prepared form. Put one third of the apples and pour the remaining dough. Lay the rest of the apples on top. Bake for about 1 hour until golden brown.
  5. Let the cake cool in shape and let the juices soak. Serve warm, cut into pieces.

Juicy Spicy Apple Pie

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 225 g dark cane sugar
  • 2 eggs, beat
  • 225 g plain flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder (baking powder)
  • 2 tsp grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 300 g apples, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. l liquid honey
  • 2 tbsp. l brown sugar

This dark flavored cake gets even tastier in a day or two.

Cooking method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Beat butter with cane sugar in a food processor for several minutes, then add the egg. Sift flour, baking powder, nutmeg and cinnamon. Stir and add an apple.
  2. Pour into a greased split baking dish with a diameter of 20 cm and bake for 1 hour, or until it rises.
  3. Mix honey and sugar and spread the cake with this mixture; the cake is still warm. Remove from the mold and serve with cream or ice cream. It can be stored for 3-4 days in foil.

Tsvetaevsky apple pie

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 150 g melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon slaked soda
  • 1 kg of apples

Cream:

  • Lightly beat 1 cup of sour cream, 1 egg, 1 - 1.5 cups of sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour.
