“American Fashion Cookbook” “Latest Fashion” Cooking by Famous Designers

The famous British department store Harvey Nichols presents a new creation of the Assouline publishing house - the American Fashion Cookbook, in which more than 100 American designers shared recipes for tasty and healthy food.

The new book, published with the assistance of the Council of Fashion Designers of America, contains illustrated culinary recipes from such eminent designers as Jason Wu, Peter Som, Diana von Furstenberg. For example, Isaac Mizrahi shared a spaghetti recipe with mushroom sauce, Carolina Herreira - a family recipe for “Pommes Toupinel”, Mark Ecco - chocolate chip cookies, Derek Lam - a seafood appetizer “Yellowtail Crudo”, John Varvatos - a soup made from vegetable leaves. In addition to fashionable illustrations, the book is filled with quotes from designers, little tricks in the preparation of a dish, as well as sketches obtained after cooking.
