The Dubai Roads and Transport Committee (RTA) has made a decision allowing metro passengers to carry two pieces of luggage with them, the parameters of which should not exceed 81 x 58 x 30 cm (first place) and 55 x 38 x 20 cm (second place) .
According to information from the RTA, the relevant instructions on the introduction of new baggage rules were posted at all functioning metro stations. Metro workers were also informed of the innovation. In case of any contentious issues, they have the right to resolve them at their discretion.
