The new product of the Japanese company Toshiba - 3D Dynabook TX / 98MB will be equipped with 3D technology and will be the first laptop that can play discs in 3D Blu-ray format. According to Santos Vargiz, the regional general manager of the Middle East division of Toshiba, this laptop will be on sale in the UAE in the third quarter of this year.
Chandan Mehta, product manager for Fujitsu Technology Solutions, also confirmed the company's intention to introduce a desktop PC to the market early next year that will be able to play 3D files and convert 2D DVDs to 3D. This PC will also be equipped with a 3D camera.
The Taiwanese computer brand ASUSTeK Computer Inc introduced at the end of 2009 a new product on the world market - ASUS G51 3D, which was described as "the very first real laptop in the world, ready to use 3D technology."
