Tom Cruise conquered the tallest building in the world in Dubai

While Dubai residents enjoyed Eid al-Adha festivals, Tom Cruise, who was in Dubai on the set of the movie Mission Impossible: The Phantom Protocol, ended up where “no man’s foot has yet set foot” - at the very top of the highest the world’s building is Burj Khalifa ("Caliph Towers").

During the filming of the new Hollywood blockbuster "Mission Impossible: The Phantom Protocol", held in Dubai in November, a man was spotted at the very top of the Burj Khalifa skyscraper. According to information from sources close to the Hollywood star, this person was Tom Cruise himself, who decided to conquer another peak.

It should be noted that Cruise is known for his love of performing dangerous stunts without an understudy; he prefers to do everything himself on the set of films. This was not the first appearance of an actor on the outside of the Burj Khalifa skyscraper. A few weeks earlier, visitors to the observation platform, located on the 124th floor of the building, noticed him. With the help of safety ropes, Tom Cruise moved behind the skyscraper windows and performed tricks that were fixed on a camera mounted on a nearby helicopter. But this is not all the Cruise feats that he managed to accomplish while in Dubai. According to the British newspaper The Daily Mail, one day after the end of the filming process, Cruz invited 75 people involved in making the film and filming, including the British actor Simon Pegg and the American Jeremy Renner, to the Dubai Cards. After all the invited guests had a go-kart ride, he treated them to hamburgers and fried potatoes in one of the local cafes.
