Global consulting companies confidently declare that the Dubai hotel market has again entered a stage of rapid growth. Last year, 12 three-, four-and five-star hotels for 3.6 thousand rooms and another 18 hospitality facilities for 6.6 thousand rooms were put into operation in the metropolis in preparation in the near future, the annual report of the international consulting company TRI Hospitality.
In total, 386 hotels with 54 thousand rooms, as well as 190 furnished apartments with 21.4 thousand rooms, are already operating in the emirate.
In total this year, 23 thousand new units of real estate will be commissioned in the Dubai market. In turn, the volume of tourist flow that passes through the emirate has already exceeded 9.3 million people and continues to grow. All this strengthens his status as a center of attraction for real estate investments from around the world.

In addition, in March 2012, a representative office was opened at the old airport in the Nigerian capital, from which flights to the cities of Varry, Port Harcourt and Benin are carried out.
