MERCEDES-AMG: DRIVING ACADEMY COMES TO EMIRATES

Overtaking at full speed, tight turns, police U-turns - everything that was previously associated with professional auto racing will now be available to everyone who has a driver’s license. The legendary Mercedes-AMG Driving Academy announces the launch of its UAE driver development programs based on the YAS Marina Circuit track. Now, under the guidance of experienced AMG Academy instructors, everyone can take their driving skills to a whole new level. The training program provides a brief overview of the theory of sports driving, including the selection of optimal points of entry into a turn, the choice of the trajectory of movement, the optimal braking technique and much more.

The highlight of the program will be practical exercises that will be held on the most powerful, specially adapted, flagship Mercedes models: CLS 63 AMG, E 63 AMG, C 63 AMG, C 63 AMG Coupe and SLK 55 AMG roadster - and all this at one of the best sports facilities in the world - Yas Marina Circuit!

But this is not all: the program participants will be offered entertainment that is incomparable in their extreme sports - a unique "racing taxi" (Race Taxi) based on one of the most powerful cars of our time - SLS AMG GT. Featuring a 6.3-liter V-shaped eight-cylinder engine, this incredible performance car accelerates to a speed of 100 km / h in 3.7 seconds, and up to 200 km / h in 11.2 seconds. Riding a track in the SLS AMG GT under the guidance of a qualified instructor, you will experience the sensations that were previously available only to motorsport stars.
