Nakheel to build Dubai's first all-inclusive hotel

NAKHEEL'S LARGEST EMIRIAN DEVELOPER IN COOPERATION WITH THE SPANISH HOTEL RIU HOTELS & RESORTS WILL BUILD THE FIRST TREASURE HOTEL IN DUBAI ON THE ISLAND OF DEIRA.

Upon completion of construction, Deira Island will occupy an area of ​​15.3 square meters. km, thereby adding to the emirate of Dubai 40 square meters. km of total area, including 20 km of coastline. New hotels, serviced apartments, villas, shops and cultural and leisure centers will be built on the island. As agreed between Nakheel and the RIU Hotels & Resorts hotel chain, the new 4-star hotel with 750 rooms will be located near major entertainment centers, namely the Deira Mall and the Deira Islands Night Souk.

To date, the all-inclusive concept has not been widely adopted in Dubai. However, according to the government of the emirate, guests need to offer not only luxury, but also affordable hotels for families. According to the developer, the new hotel will become one of the largest in the number of rooms. According to Nakheel, this project is an important step towards creating an affordable hotel vacation system for families as part of the Dubai 2021 Government Tourism Program.
