It all started when designer Bundle Maclaren was surprised to note a clear lack of stylish but affordable hats on the market. She immediately began to fill an empty niche.
“My dream at the very beginning was to make beautiful hats at reasonable prices, and I worked very hard to stay true to myself on the path to achieving this goal.”
Her traditional education as a milliner at London's Kensington & Chelsea College has become the ideal foundation on which this miracle is built. In 2009, she already launched the Bundle MacLaren Millinery on Portobello Road. Bundle quickly attracted a wealthy audience and, as she herself says, spread her energetic approach to business like a forest fire. By the time the Royal Wedding was announced, just 18 months later, she had officially become one of the most sought-after fashionistas in the country, and her custom-made hats were worn by more than a dozen special guests at Westminster Abbey.
Bundle MacLaren Millinery today works in a spacious showroom in London, where eminent customers come to try on one of the brightest models.
