The new application will protect consumers in the UAE from low-quality products

A system has been launched in the United Arab Emirates to protect customers from unsafe products.

A new federal system Manaa has been launched in the UAE, which provides a mechanism for the exchange of information and control over the circulation of consumer goods in the country.

The online platform, available as a mobile application, allows consumers to inform regulators of any product that they believe is dangerous and should be withdrawn from the UAE market.

Through Manaa, you can also report incidents related to non-UAE products.

Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Minister of Economy and Chairman of the Office for Standardization and Metrology of the UAE, launched the system during the GITEX Technology Week in Dubai. He said that this system meets the country's strategy regarding product quality control.
